Instructions :
1) Insert 1 battery in (+ve facing up)
2) Peel the plastic off the sticky part of the massager and stick the massager on the body
3) Press ON/INC once. At this point of time the light will light up, press PROGRAM button again. Choose the work method. For stronger vibration press ON/INC again.
(Note: each time u press the button, the strength/vibration will be larger, hence please gradually press the button and not all at once, in case pressure is too high.) Press off button to shut it down.
4) Use 10mins a day, the massager has a auto stop function, so do not worry that the machine will keep on working on its own.
5) When not in use, please paste the plastic back to the massager to prevent the machine from losing its stickiness.
